MM2H Application

How long does the MM2H application process take?

The application, from submission to approval by the Malaysian Tourism Ministry usually takes about 60 to 90 days.

Is there any validity limit on the MM2H visa?

Yes, the validity depends on the MM2H visa validity  on your passport or up to a maximum of 5 years.

Are there residency requirements under the new rules?

Applicants aged 21–49 must stay in Malaysia for at least 90 days each year.

Can family members apply together?
